Position Summary

The Kim and Tim Eberlein Administrative Fellowship is time-limited for up to a one-year rotation-based program that prepares candidates to become leaders in the challenging and rewarding field of academic medicine within Siteman Cancer Center.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage projects for implementation of Siteman Cancer Center’s strategic plans.
  • Coordinate with program leadership to facilitate development of metrics.
  • Participate in project review meetings, report preparation, and analysis.
  • Create regular updates and project communications.
  • Assist in setting meeting agendas, identifying action items and tracking completion of action items.
  • Assist with the development of action plans and implementation.
  • Provide planning and coordination of meetings and schedules various events and/or training.
  • Assist Program Manager in the management of day-to-day activities and functions.
  • Develop content expertise on essential program and administrative functions to provide cross-coverage and support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

This person must be able to travel locally and out of town and work evenings and weekends.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • PMP Certification or project coordination or management experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet planned project goals.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite abilities.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to execute multiple responsibilities at the same time.
  • Highly adaptable.
  • Highly conscientious, responsible, and resourceful.
  • Willingness to try and fail.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range

$49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
