Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated
Physical Therapist (PT)
to join our team in a full-time or PRN capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
