Key responsibilities 

 

In this role you will join the strategic finance team, reporting into the Director of Strategic Finance as part of the CFO-area.  

 

Two days will most likely not look the same, however, your main responsibilities will include acting as a true financial business partner to the organisation, e.g. being the financial anchor of business case work, financial modelling in strategic initiatives and M&A activities. You will also carry part of the ownership concerning financial models, e.g. managing the long-term consolidation model.  

 

Furthermore, you will find yourself: 

 

• Driving value-adding strategic analysis for stakeholders, such as top management, marketing and R&D 

• Managing the NPD business case template and the BC gov. framework  

• Managing the Long-Term Planning model, e.g. P&L, Balance sheet & Cash Flow incl. building the ROIC framework 

• Immersing in Group WACC 

• Leading the quarterly business case review session with the regions in collaboration with Global Marketing 

• Driving value-adding support the Portfolio Strategy team 

• Monitoring our product pipeline is aligned with our Long-Term financial aspirations 

 

Suggested candidate profile 

 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you: 

• Have a degree within the areas of strategy, finance or business administration; or equivalent work experience 

• Have been in an international setting, mastering English fluently – both oral and written 

• Have worked with Financial Models 

• Have a basic commercial understanding  

• Are comfortable using PowerPoint
