What You’ll Do

As our HR, Benefits & Recruiting Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our people operations, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will:

- Lead HR operations by overseeing all aspects of HR, including compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning. 
- Drive talent acquisition by building and executing recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals, from millworkers to leadership. 
- Manage benefits and compensation programs that keep our employees engaged and motivated. 
- Enhance employee experience by fostering a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, training programs, and professional development. 
- Ensure compliance and best practices by staying ahead of HR laws and regulations while implementing policies that support company goals. 

What You Bring

- HR experience with a background in benefits administration and recruiting. 
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. 
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate across departments. 
- Hands-on experience managing HRIS systems and recruiting platforms. 
- A passion for people, problem-solving, and building a winning team culture. 
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
