The Digital Strategy & Portfolio Management (DSPM) team is a dedicated group focused on advancing strategic growth and operational excellence across the Digital capability. The team’s mission is to ensure we continue to evolve, lead, and grow in a rapidly changing market by focusing on the following strategic areas: Digital offering development and growth, operational excellence, acquisition integration, and market intelligence.

The individual in this role will coordinate with the DSPM Lead to support and, where appropriate, lead Digital strategic initiatives that span the capability and/or enterprise, managing workstreams, tracking deliverables, and driving progress toward milestones. Due to the nature of DSPM work, the strategic initiatives change and evolve over time to align with the growth, scale, and strategic direction of our business. Responsibilities below serve to outline the type of work this individual will be involved in as the DSPM Program Senior Associate.

Responsibilities

Strategic initiative support and coordination

  • Assist in activating the Digital Capability strategic growth plan by coordinating initiative planning and execution, maintaining accountability structures, and reporting progress.
  • Develop and maintain content for progress and performance updates to Digital Capability and Huron senior leadership, including executive summaries, status dashboards, and leadership briefings.
  • Coordinate between various Digital and enterprise teams to ensure alignment, information sharing, and consistent execution across priority workstreams.
  • Support Digital leaders in preparing for executive-level updates on relevant strategic initiatives and special projects.

Market intelligence

  • Support Digital market intelligence activities in partnership with enterprise and Digital teams to collect internal and external data sources and inform growth decisions and portfolio recommendations.
  • Leverage AI tools to conduct strategic market reviews to identify trends and how the broader Digital ecosystem is responding; synthesize competitive and market research into clear, leadership-ready outputs.

Digital leadership summits and meetings

  • Support the productivity of Digital leadership meetings in partnership with Digital Chief of Staff — including monthly leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and capability-wide forums — through agenda development, pre-read preparation, facilitation support, and action item tracking.
  • Support the planning and execution of annual leadership summits in collaboration with Digital Chief of Staff, including logistics, agenda and content development, facilitation support, and post-event follow-up and documentation.
  • Develop high-quality, impactful PowerPoint presentations and other materials that translate complex strategic topics into clear, compelling, and actionable content for senior and executive audiences.
  • Track and manage open action items across Digital leadership to ensure timely completion of commitments and initiatives.

Acquisition integration support

  • Support Digital acquisition integration project management activities in conjunction with the SPM lead, Digital senior leadership, and the corporate integration team.
  • Help compile information and prepare materials that enable Digital leaders to engage effectively in integration processes.

AI-enabled work and facilitation

  • Apply AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate research, synthesize information, generate content, validate output, and develop materials at speed and quality; bring AI capabilities into day-to-day DSPM workflows and strategic initiatives.
  • Support or contribute to meetings and initiatives across Digital — using AI and facilitation techniques to drive live discussions, rapidly synthesize input, and produce concrete deliverables in the room.
  • Stay current on AI capabilities relevant to strategy and operations work; identify opportunities to improve team productivity through emerging tools.

Project management and administrative coordination
