Job Description

• Perform Preventive Maintenance on production, Quality and R&D equipment

• Repair various equipment types and document all work performed on our EWR System

• Perform equipment calibrations on electrical, pneumatic, and analytical equipment.

• Enter all equipment events into our CMMS and complete all required equipment forms.

• Equipment installations, including start up and commissioning.

• Maintain Spare Parts inventory and make necessary purchases

• Work with outside service contractors and vendors for equipment service repair and contracted maintenance

• Respond to environmental and equipment alarms as needed

• Adhere to Abbvie’s Code of Business Conduct.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 0+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate. Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance desired.
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
• Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
• Must have the ability to follow applicable Maintenance procedures and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
