Your daily role

• Safety Focus: Manage and enforce safety systems, ensure compliance with rules, and promote a culture of health and safety. Conduct audits, incident investigations, and lead by example.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate production logs, ensure housekeeping standards, and oversee quality procedures to deliver top-notch packaged products.

• Operational Leadership: Manage team assignments, coordinate breaks, and ensure the packaging schedule is followed. Maintain records, oversee productivity goals, and communicate raw material needs efficiently.

• Continuous Improvement & Support: Drive process enhancements, participate in cross-functional projects, train new employees, and apply root cause analysis to resolve issues.

Your profile

• One year plus experience desired
• Willingness to learn new tasks and be dependable
• Must possess a demonstrated ability to work and understand technical manuals associated to production
• Must be a team leader and effectively communicate with other
