This position will report to the Senior Manager, IDS, IT Enterprise Solutions.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Identify areas of business risk, potential technical problems, and opportunites to improve the user experience, reduce risks related to information and enhance M365 solutions.
  • Evaluate, systhesize, organize and interpret data and information.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters open communication among all engagement team members.
  • Work collaboratively to effectively build relationships with your staekholders and provide them with timely, top-quality responses.
  • Resolve issues and deliver the most meaningful solutions. Seek new ways to create extraordinary development opportunities and ways for your team to improve Nutrien experience and operations.

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Management, MIS, MLIS, CIS).
  • 3+ years in a related field required; preferably in professional services or service oriented industry.
  • Certifications including but not limited to disciplines such as application life cycle management (e.g. ITIL, Product Owner, SAFe, DevOps), MS Cloud certifications (e.g. Azure, MS 365, O365) are strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of administration and configuration of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
  • Experience and expert knowledge designing and configuring Information Architectures within SharePoint Online.
  • Experience building modern sites within SharePoint Online, including configuring out of box web parts, enterprise search pages, deploying and configuring PNP web parts.
  • Experience working in the SharePoint Online Administrator role within Microsoft 365.
  • Experience installing and configuring migration products such ActiveNav, MicroSoft Migration Tool, ShareGate or others.
  • Experience analyzing content and performing migrations of content to and within SharePoint Online, including splitting sites, merging sites, migrating content from on premises network file shares and/or on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
  • Experience building and running PowerShell scripts against multiple Microsoft 365 workloads, in particular SharePoint Online.
  • Security & governance considerations for Microsoft 365.
  • Conducting technical and business process discovery workshops.
  • Producing requirements documentation.
  • Strong client interaction and communication skills.
  • Strong scheduling skills.
  • Experience with business/use case analysis.
  • Preferred working knowledge of three-tier architecture and its impact on information and security management.
  • Preferred experience with cloud technologies including platforms, infrastructure, software, etc., as a service.
  • Preferred experience working on enterprise transformation initiatives (i.e. platform modernization and digital).
  • Preferred experience designing and building SharePoint Online Intranets.
  • Preferred experience with Exchange Online Migrations.
  • Preferred experience with technology governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and evaluation techniques.
  • Related Microsoft technical certifications preferred.
  • Microsoft MVP Award/Designation preferred.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

$77,600 - $106,700 USD. This range is estimated for a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Content Management SME in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
