What you will do
As a Software Development Engineer 3, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain high-demand services that support the world’s leading brands.
- Develop flawless web experiences that captivate users with their elegance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to build scalable and reusable code.
- Implement and refine complex features through pair programming and peer reviews.
- Apply analytics and user feedback to improve product usability and encourage innovative solutions.
- Participate in discussions on features, architecture, timelines, and testing strategies.
- Leverage the latest technology stacks to develop both front-end and back-end features, ensuring a seamless evolution from concept to completion.
Experience
- Over 3 years of proven expertise in building and deploying web applications or interactive websites.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, web design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver robust and intricate user interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of front and back-end development technologies, including JavaScript libraries like React, Java, and NodeJS.
- Deep understanding of web technologies, including the DOM, web security, asynchrony, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in visual and web design, with a talent for using modern styling techniques to build visually appealing and interactive experiences.
- Familiarity with Single SPA, Micro frontend, and similar concepts.
- Experience with hyper-scaled public clouds such as Azure or AWS.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $113,400 -- $206,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
