Transformation and Staffing Admin

Overview
The Transformation & Staffing Admin will provide support to the performance Manager and is responsible for performing diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support. The Transformation & Staffing Admin also works closely with the HR Department.
Responsibilities
- Support scheduling and execution of new hire orientations
- Maintain filing and record systems electronically and paper
- Enter and publish data into various trackers
- Support Transformation and HR team on critical projects
- Support job bidding process
- Complete daily crewing sheets
- Call new hires to communicate employment details and organizing new hire folders
- Schedule interviews for internal candidate classification transfers
- Update new hire logs for sign-on bonus payouts and referral payouts
- Update 30-60-90 logs for the site’s new hire dates
- Support employees in manufacturing environment with questions or concerns.
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $49,500 - $79,000
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Qualifications
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior staffing and/or HR experience preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Ability/Flexibility to work non standard hours, as needed
- Ability to multi-task and manage through competing priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information
- Approachable & willing to help others
- Must be able to make sound decisions with a high level of confidence
- Self-starter, with good organizational skills, and detail-oriented.
- PC skills: Word for Windows, Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
