In this key role, you’ll manage a portfolio of client companies, ensuring they remain in good legal, fiscal, and financial standing, while supporting junior team members and driving business growth.</span></p> <p><span>You’ll work closely with the Head of Corporate Services to deliver exceptional service to clients, represent client entities as a board director, and contribute to wider business development efforts.</span></p> <p><span><b>Key responsibilities:</b></span></p> <p><span><b>Client &amp; Board Management</b></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Act as Director on boards of client companies</span></li> <li><span>Be the go-to advisor for legal and corporate governance matters</span></li> <li><span>Build strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams</span></li> <li><span>Ensure smooth handling of complex transactions (e.g. capital changes, dividends, loans)</span></li> </ul> <p><span><b>Coaching &amp; Leadership</b></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Support and coach junior relationship managers</span></li> <li><span>Lead by example, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism</span></li> </ul> <p><span><b>Compliance &amp; Administration</b></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Oversee client onboarding, KYC, and compliance processes</span></li> <li><span>Maintain accurate and compliant client files and documentation</span></li> <li><span>Submit time entries to ensure timely and correct billing</span></li> </ul> <p><span><b>Business Development</b></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Support commercial strategy and attend meetings with prospects</span></li> <li><span>Spot opportunities for growth and contribute to expanding our client base</span></li> </ul> <p><span><b>Your profile:</b></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Degree in Business, Law, or related field</span></li> <li><span>10+ years’ experience in corporate services, legal, tax, or accounting</span></li> <li><span>Strong understanding of corporate governance and local regulatory frameworks</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication skills with fluent English</span></li> <li><span>Commercially aware, solution-oriented and client-focused</span></li> <li><span>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</span></li> <li><span>A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail</span></li> </ul> <p></p> <p><span><span></span></span></p> <p></p> <p>CSC is a global business, legal, and financial services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, providing knowledge-based solutions to clients worldwide.
