About
the role:
As a General Partner Relations
Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients—leading
investors in private equity—receive critical financial data from their
investment partners (GPs). This is an international role, meaning you will work
with General Partners (GPs) from all over the world, helping them onboard onto
our platform, support legal agreements related to financial reporting, and
successfully integrate into our system. Additionally, you will drive process
improvements, manage key projects, maintain
relations with our preexisting GPs, and provide high-level
reporting for senior leadership.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the
onboarding of new GPs who have received requests for Due Diligence or quarterly
Portfolio Monitoring purposes.
Assist & advise GPs on what specific data metrics are required, how to populate this information in our financial reporting templates, and the safest methods of delivery we accept in accordance with our data security standards. - Draft & execution of legal agreements
for data security & investor portal access.
- Manage schedules and overall project status
to ensure requirements and project components are understood and delivered
according to service level agreements and best practices across
cross-functional teams
- Responsible for timely
delivery of the project components and ensuring requirements of the projects
are met
- Work closely with
customer success managers and the project manager to ensure ad-hoc and
quarterly planned portfolio monitoring activities are delivered to the client
as per the service level agreement
- Assist the project manager in management reporting<
