Overview
The Clinical Fellow – Speech Language Pathology will provide direct home, center-based, and telehealth parent training and patient care for assessing and treating communication (i.e., speech/language), oral motor, and feeding/swallowing disorders; administering department and program functions; maintaining documentation relative to services offered; and participation in intra and interdisciplinary training programs. In addition, the incumbent assists the family with appropriate referrals within Kennedy Krieger and in the community (i.e., school, medical, social, etc.). This position will have a variety of training opportunities, and this assignment provides temporary employment opportunities to coincide with and supplement the Clinical Fellow training experience.

Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain Speech-Language Pathologist – Limited License through the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers and Speech Language Pathologists.
- Must possess and maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
EDUCATION:
- Successful completion of a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, with related clinical requirements, required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Additional course work or training in pediatric feeding/swallowing or communication disorders is preferred.
