Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate, Configuration is responsible for building electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and finished products based on detailed product specifications. This role follows established production processes and utilizes basic knowledge of wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to ensure high-quality, reliable assemblies. The

Associate ensures all work meets defined tolerances, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Additional responsibilities may include disassembling units to correct malfunctions, assembling test kits, and performing packaging and labeling tasks as needed.

What You Will Do

  • Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components and products according to specifications and work instructions

  • Perform basic wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing

  • Inspect assemblies for quality, accuracy, and conformance to required tolerances

  • Identify and correct routine assembly issues under supervision

  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

  • Support additional tasks such as test kit assembly, packaging, and labeling

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

What You Bring to the Role

  • Entry-level experience: prior electronics assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Basic understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment

  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills

  • Good communication skills with the ability to clarify information when needed

  • Ability to work under close supervision and accept direction from senior team members

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 0–1 year of general work experience

  • 1 year of functional or related experience (electronics, assembly, manufacturing) preferred

  • Ability to acquire necessary job skills and learn company processes to perform routine tasks effectively

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31,800.00 - $47,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
