Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop data analysis models and algorithms to support business decision-making.
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Implement data quality controls and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and data visualization.
- Support the development and maintenance of data analytics infrastructure and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data modeling and data mining techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Knowledge of healthcare data and regulations is a plus.
