THE IT PROGRAM MANAGER POSITIONSunnova Energy is searching for an IT Program Manager to be responsible for leading a team of IT Project Managers, supporting multiple scrum teams. Acting as a subject matter expert in project management, the individual will be accountable for project delivery metrics for their team. 
IT PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES•Manages multiple IT Project Managers that lead one or more scrum teams comprised of developers, quality assurance analysts, and business analysts to deliver on requests•Collaborates with other IT Project Managers, Product Owners and Program Managers to plan and deliver cross-functional initiatives•Takes accountability of project delivery metrics for assigned teams•Oversees resource capacity planning for assigned teams•Manages vendors, budgets, and individual projects/initiatives as assigned•Provides audit support and completes project related controls•Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple products and technologies •Influences the design of technical solutions to satisfy business requirements•Adheres to Sunnova project management standards & practices; suggests and implements process improvements 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent•6+ years IT Program Management •4+ years working in cloud-based technology•2+ years experience as leader of leaders •2+ years managing and delivering on external facing projects•2+ years managing and interfacing with external vendors, customers and stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS•Experience in energy industry (solar, wholesale or retail electricity)•Product management experience 
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Demonstrates ability to identify and mitigate risks to project schedules and budgets; delegates work accordingly•Excellent data-analysis skills •Ability to coordinate resources across multiple teams and initiatives
