The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory control, and replenishment, ensuring timely processing, inventory accuracy, and efficient order fulfillment to meet the needs of all internal and external customers. This role leads and develops a team of material handlers and team leads, Supervisor drivingperformance through adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and operational best practices. The Warehouse Manager fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety-first execution. In addition, this position is accountable for monitoring and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), leading cross-functional projects, and continuously reviewing and improving SOPs. The role partners with internal stakeholders to implement process enhancements through structured change control methods and leverages ERP systems to optimize warehouse efficiency and data accuracy to support supply planning procurement and meeting financial objectives.
This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across all Supply Chain functions, as well as external vendors and regulatory inspectors, to support operational and business requirements. The Warehouse Manager ensures clear, timely communication and alignment across all partners to drive efficient execution and compliance. Additionally, this position supports and responds to both internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of any findings

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound, inventory control,
replenishment, and supervisory responsibilities - Manage and develop the materials team by providing training, coaching, and
performance feedback to drive engagement and productivity - Direct overall warehouse functions, including staffing, operational planning, and audit
readiness to ensure compliance and efficiency - Support and lead internal and external audits, ensuring inspection readiness, accurate
documentation, and timely follow-up on audit findings - Establish and drive goals aligned with business objectives and key performance
indicators (KPIs) - Plan and schedule daily and long-term activities to meet operational demands and
service levels - Oversee receiving, inventory accuracy, and replenishment processes, ensuring FEFO
compliance, full traceability, and accurate ERP transactions - Own and manage the SOP and work instruction lifecycle, including creation, updates,
and compliance monitoring - Lead investigations, including root cause analysis, and implement corrective and
preventive actions (CAPAs) - Initiate and manage change controls to support process improvements and
operational implementations - Review operational metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
efficiency, quality, and performance - Ensure training programs and operational requirements are effectively coordinated,
maintained, and continuously improved - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to drive alignment, execution,
and results - Support KPI reporting by gathering, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive informed
decision-making - Demonstrate the ability to proactively plan while remaining agile to respond to
operational needs - Support multi-site warehouse operations, including travel between locations and sites
as required - Maintain flexibility to support various shifts and evolving business needs, including
expansion and development projects - Conduct meetings and communicate effectively using tools such as Microsoft Teams,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Perform additional duties as needed to support overall Supply Chain operations
Requirements
- Minimum Associate's degree required/Bachelor's preferred
- 6+ years of warehouse experience
- 6+ years of experience with ERP usage and Document management systems
- 4+ years of supervisory experience
- 4+ years in a management, leadership role within a GMP-regulated environment, demonstrating progressive growth and measurable accomplishments
