As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key part in Budget Development and Oversight, Financial Operations Management, and Collaborative Financial Support.  This visible role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strategic mindset who thrives in fast-paced and high-impact environments.   • Budget Development and Oversight: assist in the creation, monitoring, and management of indirect functional budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial plans.

  • Financial Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day processing and oversight of facility lease and utility payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.

  • Collaborative Financial Support: Work closely with teams across the organization to provide essential support on expense-related inquiries, ensuring compliance, and validation to help drive informed financial decisions.

  • Other duties as assigned

3–7+ years of experience in:

  • Financial analysis

  • Corporate finance

  • FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

  • Accounting

  • Proven experience with:

    • Budgeting & forecasting

    • Financial modeling

    • Variance analysis

 

Advanced proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas)

  • ERP systems (e.g., Costpoint)

  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities

  • Ability to interpret large datasets and provide insights

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
