As a member of the US Mobility team, you’ll work with a fast-paced technology team where you’ll make a meaningful difference for the US mobile device users including corporate owned devices and BYOD devices.
As a Senior Mobility Analyst, you’ll foster key relationships with users, understand their mobile needs, provide informative and tailored service, and recommend solutions that will enable their ability to work anywhere. Additionally you will engage or lead key Mobility projects interfacing with Enterprise Mobility teams, track required documentation and reviews of Mobility administrative oversight to the US program and put together rollout and support plans including communications. You’re flexible to work CIBC support hours, typically 8-5pm CT but may include evenings and weekends with advance notice. To help deliver a great user experience, you’re flexible to work at multiple locations within a reasonable travel distance.

How you will succeed:
User engagement – Meet with users to understand and guide on Mobility issues, advise them on solutions, and provide support information for future needs. Use your knowledge of other end user support functions to help direct them to the right resources.
Relationship building - Engage in onsite key LOB office hours and team engagements to define and refine US Mobility support. Grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate with others to ensure users are connected to the right support resources and aligned with end user support success.
Leveraging technology - Become a technology expert. Share your knowledge by introducing users to the features and functions of Mobility offerings, ensure users remain complaint with security and CIBC device requirements.
