Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees and mid-level managers performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle
Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility
Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of overall experience in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
5+ years of experience managing/leading diverse teams
3+ years of experience in development programs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or STEM field
Experience leading and executing Advance Product Quality Planning Activities (APQP)
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) applications
Experience developing and executing integrated technology development strategies, plans, goals and objectives
Strong communication skills & ability to interface with senior-level executives
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $162,350 – $219,650
