We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our public relations efforts and contribute to the overall success of our communications strategies. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns, draft press materials, and help manage our social media presence.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials.
• Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns and events.
• Conduct research to identify media opportunities and potential outreach targets.
• Help manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms.
• Coordinate logistics for media events, interviews, and press conferences.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR activities and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.
