WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?
As the WNBA Replay Operations Coordinator at Hawk-Eye Innovations, you will play a key role in overseeing and
optimizing the Project and Operations for the WNBA SMART Replay Project. The role involves leading seamless
communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders, reviewing and enhancing
processes, reporting hardware quality assurance, and addressing high-priority data related issues. The Operations
Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating daily tasks, coordinating team efforts, and contributing to the
overall success of Hawk-Eye Innovations SMART Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES >>
● Accountable for the live delivery of our WNBA SMART Replay Systems
● Conducting pre-match checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures
● Liaising with stadium staff, match officials and host broadcasters on-site
● Identify potential issues and work to find solutions to maximize operational efficiency.
● Coordinate daily hardware investigations and resolutions.
● Coordinate software roll-outs and address data investigation tasks.
● Coordinate actions across teams and ensure follow-up and resolutions and communicate externally.
● Assist with leading training sessions across all specific roles and responsibilities. .
● Oversee pre-game checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures and solve problems in
a timely manner when issues arise.
● Assist and oversee the operating of the technologies during the game remotely from the Atlanta Office.
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU >>
● 1+ years of Production/Technical experience in a successful branded company/organization
● Strong leadership and management skills
● Time management skills and ability to work in a high pressure, live broadcast environment
● Ability to liaise with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner
● In-depth understanding of sport operations, terminology, and processes.
● Experience in hardware quality assurance and data investigation.
● Ability to prioritize, address high-priority issues and escalate to leadership.
● Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
● Previous experience in a similar role within operations or a sports technology.
● Proficient in project management software such as ClickUp.
● Proficient in using presentation tools such as Google Slides and Google Sheets.
● This position will require schedule flexibility, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.
● Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support and installs.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $55,000 to $57,500. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
