Job Description

This position is part of our EVERSANA/UCB "Field Access Specialist Team".  We are seeking a driven and mission-focused Field Access Specialist (FAS) to join our Market Access – Access & Reimbursement team. In this pivotal, field-based role, you will help ensure that patients can obtain timely access to our innovative biologic therapies.

The Field Reimbursement Manager/Field Access Specialist ensures that eligible patients can obtain UCB therapies by helping healthcare providers navigate complex payer, access, and reimbursement requirements across all types of care settings. • Problem solving and patient pull-through: Monitor data to identify treatment delays and coordinate with hubs, specialty pharmacies, and internal partners to quickly resolve case-specific issues and prevent future barriers.
  • Provider education: Train HCP offices on benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, payer requirements, and use of UCB patient support resources.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, HUB case managers, and other internal teams to share insights, align strategy, and improve patient access processes.
