Let’s start with the role

The Marketing Manager in New Markets will be responsible for leading the design, coordination, implementation and execution of our 360 marketing plans to achieve our international expansion goals. Additionally, the new joiner will research, plan, execute and monitor our marketing initiatives across a given portfolio of soon-to-be launched international markets. 

As a Marketing Manager in New Markets, you will:   

• Implement successful & impactful launch of Betano brand in assigned New Markets;
• Monitor, and analyze the performance of the launch, optimizing efforts to maximize ROI; 
• Build sustainable relationships with internal & external stakeholders to support our marketing infrastructure; 
• Support with the onboarding of the local Marketing Managers in the assigned markets.

 

What you’ll bring

• BSc and/or MSc degree in Marketing field;
• 2+ years in a Marketing/Brand managerial level role; 
• Strong understanding and experience in 360 marketing campaigns, media planning and tactical execution; 
• Track record of successfully launching new brands, services or products into foreign markets will be a plus; 
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills;
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity; 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
• Fluency in English is required, both verbal and written;
• Working experience in multinational brands is preferred; 
• Experience in the tech gaming industry is a plus;
