In the App Team, you’ll be part of the journey to build apps for all 20 of our websites in 5 different countries. It’s a skilled and friendly team where everyone’s ideas count, and the mindset is open and collaborative.</p><p></p><p><br/></p><h3><strong><strong>THE ROLE<br/></strong></strong></h3><p>In this role, we’re looking for someone who not only writes solid code, but also cares about how things look and feel. You’ll be involved in the whole development process, just like the rest of the team, but your main strength will be making sure the design is consistent and looks great all the way through. You’ll work closely with our UI and UX designers to create smooth, user-friendly experiences that look awesome.</p><p><br/></p><p></p><h4><strong>YOUR PROFILE</strong></h4><p>You have at least 5 years of Android development experience, and are as passionate about design as you are about code.</p><p><strong>You also:</strong></p><ul> <li>Have professional experience working with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.</li> <li>Are skilled in Figma and understand good design principles.</li> <li>Willing to take on additional responsibility for the design of our Android apps.</li> </ul><p><strong>Bonus points if you also have experience with:</strong></p><ul> <li>iOS development</li> <li>TypeScript</li> <li>AWS or other cloud platforms</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>We value practical experience over formal education.
