Job owner report directly to Regional Business Technology Director.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Responsabilities</p><ul><li>Supporting users and country level business technology teams with Windows and Linux server support, network and Esxi related service requests and incidents management with close cooperation with Regional BT and L3 support teams;</li><li>Monitoring and control of the CMDB at regional level</li><li>Support and control the existence of server and client upgrades performed by IT teams at country level;</li><li>Monitor and control emerging vulnerabilities;</li><li>Lvl1 and lvl2 application and HW support</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>IT master’s or bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification;</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration of clients and servers;</li><li>English language knowledge – at least B2;</li><li>Solid knowledge of Windows server management;</li><li>Solid knowledge of AD, SCCM;</li><li>Experience with MS365 support (all apps like Teams, Teams telephony, Todo Bookings, etc);</li><li>Solid Windows client and server support experience;</li><li>Solid network knowledge;</li><li>Knowledge of Esxi;</li><li>Experience with ITIL based service management.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>What we can offer you</p><p><br/> International team environment of people passionate about what they do.<br/> Opportunity to learn new things from Coface experts in 100 different countries.<br/> Career opportunities throughout the international Coface Group.<br/> Possibility of occasional work from home (approx. 1x a week from the office in Prague).<br/>  </p><p> </p>
