Maintenance TechnicianPlum, PA Part-Time (16-20 hours per week)$20.00 per hourArbors Management Inc. has an opening for a part-time Maintenance Technician I located in Plum, PA. The Maintenance Technician will handle cleaning, grounds-keeping, painting, minor plumbing and minor electrical work for an 84-unit townhome community. Hours are flexible as long as they are between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician will include:
- Preparing vacant apartments for rent by cleaning and painting
- Drywall patching and finishing
- Minor plumbing repair including leaks, clogs, faucets and toilets
- Minor electrical repair (outlets, switches and light fixtures)
- Basic grounds maintenance
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience working in a maintenance related position or equivalent education from a certified trade school
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, walk, bend, stoop, crawl or otherwise move about to perform job tasks
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
