Job Description
The Sr. Mgr., Total Rewards is a compensation expert that provides leadership and support to one or more compensation consultants and internal client groups. The incumbent collaborates closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to leverage total rewards programs in support of business priorities. The primary responsibilities include consulting and project management, partnering with the Compensation Analysts and Compensation COE team for project and program support.
A day in the life…
Lead, support, and collaborate with a team of compensation managers and analysts to develop high-quality, fact-based recommendations and presentations to support client-related project work and compensation program design.
Lead and manage cross-functional compensation-related projects for client group, partnering with Compensation COE to deliver solutions which are consistent with our Pay & Benefits and Talent philosophies.
Consult with HR and senior business leaders and internal client group(s) to understand short-term and long-term business priorities and discuss ways in which total rewards programs can be leveraged to support these priorities.
Advise and influence HR and business leaders in client group on compensation program effectiveness, competitiveness, design, education, and communication.
Consult with talent acquisition leaders and partners to gather, share, and address compensation-related issues.
Partner with Executive Compensation to develop VP level offers, as applicable.

8+ years of experience in compensation or directly applicable compensation and HR leadership experience.
Experience consulting with business leaders to drive strategic and effective people outcomes.
Knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation.
Experience leveraging data to present fact-based stories that inform and influence leader decision-making.
Experience building trusting relationships with HR and business leaders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Ability to consider issues from multiple perspectives, develop options, and present well-informed recommendations.
Ability to effectively manage time and balance multiple competing priorities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and respectfully.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
