We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
CNA/PCW (Certified Nursing Assistant / Personal Care Worker)Location: Eleva, WisconsinPay: $17.66 per hourSchedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Join our care team to provide essential support to a family in need!
Key Responsibilities:• Assisting with bathing tasks• Providing repositioning support• Meal preparation and light assistance with daily living needs
Preferred Qualifications:• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Worker (PCW) experience• Compassionate and reliable with strong attention to detail• Comfortable working independently while following family care routines
