JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Individuals will assist with greenhouse, field, and lab related research tasks in three projects occurring in the lab. (1) The biodiversity and land use project will need assistance with set-up and break-down of a stream field experiment. As well as stream sample collection, macroinvertebrate identification, and nutrient analyses. (2) The plant diversity and stream erosion project will need assistance with greenhouse plant care and collection of observational stream data. (3) The fish diversity and land use configuration project will need assistance with electroshocking fish in streams and fish identification.

This job requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid US driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
