Join us in making a difference in Texas and at Texas Mutual as Supervisor Medical Only. In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight for the team of Medical Only Adjusters ensuring that regulatory and internal policies and procedures are achieved while providing support to the staff.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Essential Functions

• Oversee and support employee performance and development by providing timely, ongoing feedback

• Recruit, retain and coach employees within your team.

• Manage the daily operations of medical only claim processing observing the Texas Workers' Compensation Act, rules of the DWC, and internal procedures.

• Provide guidance to staff regarding claim handling and desired outcomes.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of division goals and objectives, policies, standards, procedures and budgets.

• Analyze claim data to identify individual and team performance results and trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.

• Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster's license.

• Related work experience in the range of 5 or more years (Texas preferred) or equivalent education, training, or experience.

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.

Base Pay Range: $90,896.45 - $112,283.85 Per Year
