Mon-Fri 9-530pm. Atrium Health SouthPark Pharmacy is seeking a full-time pharmacy technician. The technician will be patient-facing and must be customer-service-oriented. Job functions will include but are not limited to the following: operating cash register and processing transactions, stocking supplies, stocking OTC items, answering telephone calls, assisting with filling prescriptions, and dusting shelves
Pay Range
$21.85 - $32.80Major Responsibilities
- Assists licensed pharmacist in technical duties related to preparation and distribution of medications
- Accurately selects, prepares, and labels medications for patients including hazardous drugs and controlled substances
- Assists with medication distribution tasks
- Screens phone calls and routes as needed using proper telephone and voicemail etiquette
- Assists in daily pharmacy procurement, inventory control, and outdate checking
- Complete documentation required for remo
