This role leads a team of Procurement Project Managers and Product Sourcing Engineers to optimize third-party spend, drive end-to-end product ownership, and support initiatives to improve product quality, BoM productivity, and risk mitigation in the Transducers & in future Systems procurement team.

Acts as the main point of contact for all procurement-related topics and strategies for assigned products or categories, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Deeply listens to and understands business objectives, strategies, and priorities, leveraging this information to drive compelling, relevant solutions that challenge the status quo.
Holds end-to-end responsibility for supply base performance, collaborating with strategic suppliers to develop long-term strategies and technology roadmaps while ensuring issue resolution.
Participates in new development programs and works with cross-functional teams to deliver market-driven solutions, improve EBITA, and mitigate risks like AOS challenges.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 15+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management, with a proven track record in matrix organizations and stakeholder management. You have led and developed high-performing, self-sustaining teams, coaching them toward action-focused execution.
Your skills include strong influencing abilities, critical thinking, and the strategic implementation of both short- and long-term solutions. You embrace Lean, Daily Management, and PRICE problem-solving methodologies to improve team processes and results.
You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Other), with a preferred MBA, providing you with the technical and strategic foundation to lead complex procurement initiatives.
You’re an agile, “can-do” leader with a positive mindset, capable of driving change and motivating teams to meet business objectives. Your communication and collaboration skills enable you to lead cross-functional efforts with ease.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Reedsville is $132,000 to $180,000.
