The ideal candidate will have previous experience with land development projects and comprehensive knowledge of developing plans in accordance with NCDOT and surrounding local county development standards. </p> <h5>Location</h5> <p>This position will report to our Charlotte office 3 days a week. </p> <h5>The Impact You Will Have</h5> <ul> <li>Create and execute project work plans</li> <li>Interacting with clients, agencies, and other project stakeholders</li> <li>Represent Benesch at industry and professional engagement events</li> </ul> <h5>What You Will Need</h5> <ul> <li>A minimum of 4 years of diverse and progressive site development experience</li> <li>Licensed PE in the state of NC</li> <li>B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering</li> <li>Experience working with public agencies, private entities and/or municipalities</li> <li>Progressive experience with developing plans specifications, and submissions per development regulatory standards and requirements</li> <li>Excellent communication and client relation skills</li> <li>Strong organization skills with a track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules</li> <li>Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner</li> <li>Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software preferred</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <h3 data-start="140" data-end="159">Why Bene
