Job Title: Business Operations Manager
Reports to: Vice President for Adult and Graduate Studies
Job Status: Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Operations Manager supports the Adult and Graduate Studies division’s business operations processes.
OFFICE HOURS:
Monday- Friday: 8:00-5:00, some evenings and weekends required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct Projections and reporting for online and graduate enrollment.
- Conduct Projections and reporting for AGS revenue and expense budgets.
- Maintain AGS employee directory and Staffing Data.
- Manage staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Develop and present quarterly reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Create requisitions and PO’s for AGS expenses
- Monitor AGS budgets closely and provide insights to leadership.
- Create Budget Planning, Monitoring and reporting including queries.
- Approve staff credit card expense reports.
- Pay other bills, invoices and expenses.
- Assist in data and reporting for strategic decision making.
- Conduct revenue projections utilizing verified data to build reports.
- Develop and present Quarterly Reports and Presentations for stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Banner and Slate preferred
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Proficiency conducting data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience managing operational revenue and expense budgets.
- Experience managing higher education enrollment preferred.
