Salary: US market data minimum $120,000 - $125,000 maximum wage range.  You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our team. The role will involve utilizing Agile software development principles to ensure efficient project delivery and collaboration across teams. The candidate should possess hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services, and a variety of other technologies and tools to support the development and maintenance of web-based applications. The desired candidate will have a firm understanding of Department of State (DOS) Enterprise Architecture, lifecycle methodology for system upgrades, releases and maintenance activities, modernized consular systems, security policies and procedures, and 10 plus years relevant industry experience. The candidate must have an active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum of  five to seven years of industry experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Department of State Consular Affairs (CA) experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Hands on-experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) architecture, design, and delivery.
• Prior consulting experience with a focus on large-scale implementations within the AWS ecosystem.
• Proficiency in AWS infrastructure, networking, storage, application services, and AWS DevOps.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. 
• Extensive experience with .NET applications and server-side technologies such as .NET Framework, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, C#, and SQL Server.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work effectively.
• Must have an active SECRET or TOP SECRET security clearance.

Job Duties:

• Develop front-end interfaces and back-end systems utilizing various programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities.
• Support SDLC processes including the development, documentation, testing, bug fixes required for creating and maintaining applications and frameworks resulting in a software product for the CA portfolio of systems and emerging requirements.
• Utilize Agile methodologies that promote a modular approach to include the evaluation of interfaces and business process refinement, adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, continuous improvement and encourage rapid and flexible response to change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 
• Create functional specifications based on business requirements. Regulate and assess changes to requirements and their impacts.
