  • Spearhead process technology transfer by developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting silicon manufacturing processes to achieve target device performance and product yield.
  • Collaborate with the Rel group to define device/process intrinsic qualification plans and product qualification plans for new and transferred technologies. Oversee look-ahead and official qualification by providing necessary silicon samples and conducting root cause analysis for any failures.
  • Work closely with product design teams to ensure process compatibility and optimize device performance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration, with a strong focus on analog, mixed-signal, and BCD technologies. Experience with 90nm, 55nm & 40nm process technologies and WBG power technology preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, while remaining deeply involved in the technical aspects of device design and process integration.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics, process integration, and yield engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
