About the role

Job Summary

Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Compliance job family.

Supports regulatory compliance in connection with licensure.

Completes day-to-day Compliance tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.

Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.  

Completes assigned regulatory filings, including follow up and record keeping.

Creates status reports for review. Interface with regulatory offices by phone and email

Skills             

  • Proficient with Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word and Excel. 

  • Demonstrated writing, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work with all professional levels (specifically management)

  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to organize and manage large volumes of documentation

  • Ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines

  • Ability to use multiple reference sources and obtain information

  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
