The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
 

 

How you will CELLebrate

•    Support the development and implementation of digitalization strategies to enhance manufacturing processes
•    Ensure alignment of digitalization solutions with the overall digitalization strategy
•    Planning, management, and ongoing control of digitalization projects within PowerCo Operations
•    Recording and specification of digital requirements from the production area and their coordination with IT and specialist departments
•    Supporting internal customers during the life cycle of digital solutions
 

 

What you need for our CELLebration

•    Completed technical/ university degree in production engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable qualification
•    Several years of practical experience in the manufacturing industry (process industry, automotive, production, etc.)
•    Extensive experience in project management, including methodologies such as Agile/Scrum
•    Extensive experience in the use and introduction of manufacturing digitalization solutions
•    Fluency in English and German
•    Very good communication and teamwork skills in agile and dynamic teams
