Position Summary
We're hiring an Operations Support Specialist to work directly with our Director of Operations. This entry-level position is designed for a recent college graduate ready to develop into an Operations Manager. You’ll gain experience in compliance, reporting, logistics, and team coordination.
What You'll Do
Support daily operations and administrative tasks
Track KPIs and report performance metrics
Maintain documentation and compliance systems
Assist with SOP creation and team onboarding
Coordinate cross-departmental projects
Participate in weekly team meetings
Help manage fleet and facility compliance
Qualifications
Recent college graduate
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
Familiar with Power BI, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Willing to travel and relocate for advancement
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable working in shop and office environments
