Responsibilities ● Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process● Own, align, and manage all sales data within Salesforce that is critical to closing businessand driving revenue● Refine customer segmentation through firmographics and personas● Create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes● Lead efforts to standardize processes and systems to enable accurate and efficient datacollection and management of the company’s sales efforts● Drive Sales and Customer Success process enhancements, modifications and bestpractices development and documentation● Responsible for the implementation and adoption of sales technologies, including but notlimited to Outreach.io● Find opportunities to automate manual processes or realign workflows to the properroles that improve sales team efficiency● Work directly with key stakeholders on critical strategic, organizational, and operationalprojects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency● Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the sales organization● Recruit and hire, and manage direct and indirect reports of contributors to a CRM Teamto identify business requirements, scope platform changes, and deliver enhancements thatdrive efficiency and enhance organization for the sales process● Refine the data model to, from, and inside Salesforce to reflect business needs for reporting,scalability, and delivery of revenue (including SOX compliance)● Manage and report on the sales metrics and key performance indicators that drive ourbusiness, including but not limited to pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quotaattainment● Assist with on-boarding and training new sales reps● Assist with territory and commission planning, and annual quota setting● Partner with sales leadership and finance to develop and manage quotas, commissions, andassociated tracking and measurement
Requirements● 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Management,or other operational leadership role within Sales or Customer Success● 2+ years experience with direct reports; experience building a team, a plus● Cross functional project management experience; experience leading technical teams a plus● High business acumen with balanced decision making● Able to produce insights from data quickly● Keen understanding of Product/Tech development cycles including Agile Scrum methodology● Functional knowledge of Salesforce, SFDC Administration & Architecture; experience withSalesforce CPQ, a plus● Experience with Outreach.io a plusIf this job isn’t for you but you have a friend who may be a perfect fit - share this job with them!
