<p>Allianz plc</p> <p> </p> <p><u>The Opportunity</u></p> <p> </p> <p>Allianz plc in Ireland (AZI) are delivering an ambitious digitisation and transformation strategy, building on our brand and expertise to deliver truly customer-centric service through our Product Management function. As we continue to evolve this capability, we have an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join our expanding team, with specific responsibility in the delivery of the IT Claims Roadmap.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a key part of this transformation the Senior Product Manager will support our Head of Product and work closely with our business functions and subject matter experts to drive the shaping, requirements and delivery of our digitalisation roadmap.</p> <p> </p> <p>Through customer insights, exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership, the Senior Product Manager will help to align our business strategy with our product roadmap and ensure our business goals are achieved through appropriate features and functionality. This role will involve exploration of different Claims solutions through a combination of 3rd party solutions, internal Allianz Group and home built capability. </p> <p> </p> <p>The role will involve working closely with one of our dedicated agile IT development squads to deliver the digitalisation roadmap for Allianz Ireland.   </p> <p> </p> <p><u>Role Responsibilities:</u></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leaders to develop a customer-focussed and digital-driven product strategy and product roadmap </li> <li>Collaborate with Head of Product to refine feature roadmap and product backlog</li> <li>Lead agile delivery teams (as a Product Owner) in the delivery of projects and features on the product roadmap from conception through requirements gathering to development and/or solution configuration and post launch</li> <li>Embed best-in-class solutions and customer/market insights into the product development process at all stages from product inception to delivery of customer-centric solutions</li> <li>Candidate should above all want to improve the experience of all of our customers (including our partners and internal stakeholders)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u>Essential Experience</u></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Product Management role</li> <li>Proven track record of using product and technology to deliver exceptional business benefits </li> <li>Strong work ethic with a focus on delivering customer value and promoting cross-team collaboration with a drive to “own” the business problems and the proposed solutions</li> <li>Previous extensive practical experience with Agile methodologies to deliver IT projects, with experience of both internally built systems and internal external 3rd party software systems</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to challenge and balance multiple priorities </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u>Desirable Experience </u></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Desirable but not mandatory, experience in Insurance and in particular Claims or other financial services </li> <li>Prior experience in technology companies, in software development or related roles in eCommerce </li> </ul> <p>36093 | Operations | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Ireland | Full-Time | Permanent</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
