You will apply strategic thinking and leadership to structure, organize, and monitor programs that align with business objectives. Managing program milestones, budgets, and activities, you will also be responsible for change management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to ensure program success. This role requires a strong ability to break down complex issues, communicate with executive management, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Moderna’s global network.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Here’s What You’ll Need</b></p><p><b>Your key responsibilities will be:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead and manage global supply chain programs and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient execution.</p></li><li><p>Develop and control program timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.</p></li><li><p>Establish governance structures and execution frameworks to optimize efficiency and collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to avoid disruptions.</p></li><li><p>Implement change management strategies to drive seamless adoption across stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Allocate and manage resources effectively, balancing program priorities and team capacity.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your responsibilities will also include:</b></p><ul><li><p>Simplify complex challenges into actionable insights for executive leadership.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, operations, and leadership teams.</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in program and project management, including SCRUM-Agile methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and report program performance metrics, KPIs, and status updates to leadership.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The key Moderna Mindsets you’ll need to succeed in the role:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>We act with urgency</b> – The global supply chain operates in a fast-paced environment where swift action leads to greater impact. You will be expected to challenge convention, implement innovative supply chain strategies, and drive efficiency beyond standard methodologies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Here’s What You’ll Need (</span></b><b><span>Basic </span></b><b><span>Qualifications)</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Education: BA/BS required; preferred fields in supply chain management, logistics, engineering and/or business administration with experience in pharmaceutical data management and project management</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience (BA/BS) in various Supply Chain, Project Management, and Manufacturing functions (strong preference towards Pharmaceutical and Biotech experience)</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Certification in APICS, data management, or related disciplines is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in a highly regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lean Six Sigma certification or other process improvement methodologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of blockchain and emerging traceability technologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience with SAP S4 Hana, data quality tools, and methodologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with industry standards and best
