Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components by following work Instructions for each step of the process to meet acceptable production standards during and after training completed.
• Ensure that all parts and components are assembled correctly.
• Perform work at multiple workstations and areas assigned.
• Must be able to consistently meet 12 seconds or better cycle time while keeping production standards established for various finished goods.
• Assists in troubleshooting production problems.
• Initiates and/or support process improvements and corresponding documentation.
• Accuracy and attention to detail throughout daily activities.
• Maintain a clean work area to meet safety regulations of the facility.
• Working and communicating well in a team environment and may train other team members, as needed.
• Assure compliance to all safety, environmental and health standards, procedures, and practices
• Other duties, as directed.

*Guaranteed wage progression every 3 months, for the first two years! *

**Shift Premium of $1.50/hr for 2nd shift**

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time (10 hour shift).
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently.
• Ability to read and understand job instructions.
• Pass pre-employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Alliance Compressors LLC develops, manufactures, and markets one through six-ton scroll compressors. Scroll compressors are used in commercial and residential air conditioning units.
