Position Summary:
We are looking for someone who wants to join a fast-paced growing company, is comfortable with change and has the flexibility to change priorities at a moment’s notice. Under the direction of the ClearCaptions PMO, this important role will support executive sponsors, business owners, and product managers in the delivery of products, solutions, and services that will help achieve our key organizational goals and objectives.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to phase gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full software development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Manager of PMO.

What you will do:
• Typical project management responsibilities, including project leadership, detailed project planning, management of project schedules and resources, project communications, and project financials.
• Partner with Product Managers and Business Owners to support new product and service deployments, using the appropriate project delivery methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Partner with department leads and SMEs to identify change impacts and lead operational readiness efforts to help ensure successful implementation and adoption of the new service, system, process, or product.
• Partner with Technical leads and other I.T. teammates to ensure awareness and execution of a comprehensive and integrated project schedule.
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
• Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Participate in establishing methodology, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
• Provide status reporting for project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across multiple levels of leadership and team
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and/or delivery roles, with an emphasis on technology, application development, and product delivery.
• Excellent facilitation and elicitation skills, with the ability to lead discussions and build consensus across cross-functional teams, including business partners and technical resources.
• Willingness and experience operating in an agile and dynamic environment.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related business degree and / or equivalent experience.
• PMI Certification.
• Telecommunications industry & Compliance experience.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience leading ERP, CRM & HRIS projects.
• Experience leading mobile application development projects.
