In this role with the Health Plan Alliance, you will manage a portfolio of programming and resources for assigned topics and member peer groups playing both supporting and lead roles. You will be instrumental in supporting the member-centric goals and strategies of the Alliance by deeply understanding and meeting members’ needs. You will develop and implements offerings relevant to the strategic, financial, and operational challenges of Alliance members using a multipronged approach. The position entails high level of professionalism when engaging directly with members and significant knowledge of the health care industry. The Health Plan Alliance has an administrative services agreement with Vizient, Inc and thus our team has access to all the great benefits and supports Vizient offers; we do operate as an independent entity and you will become part of a 12-person organization that uses a matrix reporting structure to navigate a fast and demanding environment. Role Responsibilities:

• Program Content Development
• Researches and identifies member interests and needs using a variety of resources and tools, for example: Collaborative advisory participant feedback, Discussions and comments during events, Online Discussion Forums, Member surveys, Event evaluations, Member interviews and discussions.
• Identifies and monitors industry-wide trends using a variety of resources and tools, for example: Vendor input, Industry publications, events, and resources, Documents member activities and identifies potential case studies and educational content, Event Programming
• Collaborates with the highly integrated Alliance team to determine overall program strategy, topics, and calendar
• Leads and assists in developing program content around assigned topics, issues, and peer groups, including: Determining topics and subjects, Designing agenda, Determining and monitoring program event budget (e.g. speakers’ fees and expenses and any atypical expenses),
• Coordinates with Chief Business Development Officer on relevant sponsorship issues and identifying appropriate use of speakers affiliated with vendors.
• Leads and assists in implementing program details, including: Working with speakers to design and prepare presentations and program materials, Working with Program Specialists on event details and logistics, Working with Director, Communications on event marketing.
• Leads and assists in facilitating program events on site.
• Takes the lead on development and facilitation of webinars
• Leads Development and analysis of member surveys
• Moderates round table calls with member executives. 
• As a member, of the leadership team VP shall also provide support to the member committees that govern the organization and to the Board of Directors.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$156,500.00 - $244,400.00
