Amazon Music is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Music Merch business. This position will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting deal evaluations, performance reporting and insights, and process building and enhancements. This position is located in Culver City.
Key job responsibilities
* Own, refine, and develop key areas of our deal valuation models and royalty reporting
* Work with the business team to build business models, pricing strategies, and value propositions and drive near-term and long-term forecasting.
* Collaborate with and present to the senior leadership team on a regular basis
* Manage and execute entire projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations
* Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variances
