Our Ways of Working

We have team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. This means we put in extra effort to make sure we connect and collaborate in ways that make sense for us. This role specifically is held on-site at our Lockbourne, Ohio warehouse. The hours for this role are Sunday - Friday 9:30pm - 6:00am

What the Role Is

Babylist is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Third Shift,  for our brand-new warehouse in Lockbourne, Ohio!  We're looking for someone to lead our overnight warehouse team with excitement and expertise, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you'll manage and support your team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You'll also focus on optimizing processes, managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and upholding safety protocols.
