Job description

The Oracle Cloud Compensation Lead is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams and interact with business and understand their pain areas, co-ordinate with them, help in testing. Have good understanding of the HCM Cloud modules and is able to lead the discussions, guide the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Should have at least 2 Implementation experience in Compensation for Global Company across Multiple Geographies.
  • Should have deep expertise in Base compensation, Workforce compensation, Individual Compensation and Total rewards.
  • Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role.
  • Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation.
  • Must have experience in fast formulas specific to compensation rules and payroll elements.
  • Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
  • Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Compensation.
  • Experience in Implementing Payroll and Absence will be desired.
  • Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

 Required Skills

  • Prepare the functional design.
  • Knowledge of Absence and Compensation will be desired
  • Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested
  • Active Certifications in the Compensation module will be desired.
  • Page customizations and redwood design studio experience .
