The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Operations Specialist to join our enterprise-wide automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and other automation tools to improve business processes across the organization.

This position is located at our business complex in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for automation.

• Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, including user guides and technical specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes and workflows.

• Participate in testing and quality assurance of automation solutions to ensure reliability and efficiency.

• Provide training and support to end-users on implemented automation solutions.

• Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in business process automation and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Required: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in analyzing business processes and translating requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
